This is our flagship cheese. It is an incredible cheese, and won a silver award at the Big E cheese judging in 2010. It is a light, creamy cheese with a buttery and slightly citrus taste.
The name is french for “white cheese.”
We make it in several flavors including plain and chives throughout the year. In the winter we offer Maple and Garlic.
The Maple is made with pure Massachusetts Maple Syrup and makes a very sweet dessert cheese.
During the summer we also offer Lemon Honey and Tomato Basil.
