Veal

Our humanely raised veal has been compared to the kind of veal from “back home in Italy.”

Our calves are fed milk and as much grass or hay as they want.

Our veal calves are raised in a group, where they can interact socially with each other. They are free to run around in the field outside or just laze around if they like.

Our veal is available in many styles: stew, ground, loin chops, shoulder chops, racks, osso bucco, and cutlets. Each piece is individually priced and relatively inexpensive for veal.
